Terms & Conditions

An order is deemed confirmed once the customer has provided written acceptance of the quotation, purchase order, or order confirmation.

By proceeding with an order and making payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted as products may be allocated, manufactured, modified, or prepared specifically for the customer.

Full payment is only due upon completion of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and a suitable delivery location prior to delivery.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, signs of previous use (for used containers), normal manufacturing tolerances, or variations that do not affect the intended use of the unit shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

Any concerns regarding the delivered unit must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

UK Storage and Cabins Ltd reserves the right to repair, replace, or rectify any verified defect before a refund is considered.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, transport issues, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
